1. About this website

Top10 Non GamStop is an independent comparison and review website. We do not operate, own or control any casino, and we do not accept bets or process payments of any kind.

2. Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or deposit with a casino, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence our rankings, which are based on our own testing criteria.

3. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep bonuses, ratings and terms up to date, but offers change frequently. Always check the casino's own website for the current terms before registering or depositing. We accept no liability for outdated or incorrect information.

4. Eligibility

This site is intended for visitors aged 18 or over. Gambling may be restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to check and comply with local laws before playing at any casino listed here.

5. Third-party websites

We link to third-party casinos and services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices or any losses you may incur when using them.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or any third-party site it links to.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
